Messieh The restored Messianic identity of the Church is now being established in the Republic of the Philippines. The foundation for this great event of the Gospel of the Kingdom has been laid by many Apostolic Ministers. They labored to establish the New Testament plan of salvation of faith in Jesus Christ as found in Acts 2:38. There have been many powerful out-pourings of the baptism of the Holy Ghost from their work. Today, there are over 1,000 Acts 2:38 Churches in the Philippines with several thousand members. The labor of those who established the foundation of the Messianic restoration will be remembered until Jesus comes. Bishop Reckart's involvement in the Philippines began with the distribution by Pastor C.E. George of his books about the name of Jesus. He was called to the islands to address the false doctrines of law-keeping and the guess name Yahweh. In 2003 the Bishop made his first journey visiting several islands and meeting many Pastors and Ministers. Out of this has grown a unity of fellowship of several Pastors, Ministers, and Churces. Today we are expanding our mission vision and see the need to build a headquarters Church. The building will serve also for a Bible College and the center of our work. There is no greater love a person can have for the world then for lost souls. There are many millions who have never heard the truth of Acts 2:38 preached. They are cheated out of their divine pardon and the gift of the Holy Ghost. They are in bondage to paganism and idols. Many are members of cults while others have been deceived to accept man-made doctrines and creeds. These who live in spiritual darkness need the light of the glorious Gospel shined unto them. Light to the nations has come to the Philippines. The voice of God through preaching will now be heard throughout this people. Bishop Reckart has a burden for all nations to receive the revelation of the true Church of Jesus Christ. |
